More on the Television Confession Case

As I suspected, the man who confessed to a television reporter had also made a five page confession to the police.



Today he appeared at an arraignment where he pled not guilty and was ordered not to have contact with his niece. His attorney said a defense strategy had not been chosen but that an attempt would be made to suppress any statement given whether to police or the television reporter.



As an aside David has previously posted about the attorney who made the statement which touched off most of the discussion in the last post. He's not impressed.
