The NBC 6 Consumer Investigative Unit investigated an attorney accused of taking more than $1 million from clients without providing services, and that lawyer was in jail Tuesday night.Scott Salomon was arrested and charged with organized fraud, a serious felony, NBC 6's Jeff Burnside reported.You can see his arrest record here.
Law enforcement sources told NBC 6 that in his initial arraignment on Wednesday morning Salomon is not likely to bond and that he is likely to remain in jail until his trial.
